Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle registration, postcode, service requested and message. We use these details to respond, discuss a quote and arrange work with you. Please avoid including payment details or other sensitive information.
How your enquiry reaches us
Your enquiry is saved privately on our Krystal hosting account. We send the full details to the site owner by email and a short summary by SMS using Twilio. These providers process the information needed to host the site and deliver the notifications. We do not add quote enquiries to a marketing mailing list.
Website and campaign information
We may record campaign information included in the link you followed, such as the campaign name or Google Ads click identifier, alongside your enquiry. This helps us understand which advertising led to a request. A protected identifier derived from your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and preferences
The enquiry form uses a session cookie to protect submissions. Your cookie preference is kept for the browser session. If optional measurement is enabled and you accept it, Google Analytics and Google Ads can measure visits and enquiries. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the enquiry form. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Access and retention
Enquiry records are accessible to the business and authorised people maintaining the site. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or how long a particular record is kept. Information needed for ongoing work, business records or legal obligations may need to be retained.
